Project Management

IESI has worked with some of the nation's leading utilities providing project management services for the engineering, design, permitting, bidding, procuring, and installation of MW-sized solar PV arrays. We have the capability to manage medium to large-sized energy projects for corporations, utilities, and municipalities.

IESI employs professional engineers and certified energy managers who are technically qualified to manage energy efficiency projects.

Recently, IESI project managers performed the project management duties to install 5 MW of solar energy generation at five different sites for a large investor-owned utility in Massachusetts. These projects involved all regulatory filings, permits, and procurement for all major system components as well as contract management and management of construction and commissioning of the systems.
